BEWARE!! YOU CANNOT RETURN THIS ITEM.
I purchased this item and when it arrived we found a problem that makes it unusable. The rubberized material on the inside of the dome had flacked off in a number of areas. Some were as large as 1" in diameter. This makes the display of star fields impossible. I called customer service to return this item an automated voice said this item is not returnable. No other options for resolution of the problem were offered. I have emailed Sayok and am awaiting a response. I find it inconceivable that Amazon (which took my $1650) will not assist me in making this right.

Loud blower
Blower is very loud which makes it difficult for the students to hear the teacher and it reads up to them. Is this normal? H

Best Service I've Seen on Amazon!
The seller response was fast. I had a time sensitive issue and the seller was able to resolve that issue in impeccable timing. The solution involved going down a size to deliver it to me quicker which actually ended up being the perfect size for what I needed it for along with saving me more money. Everything the seller said they would do to help me, they followed through (Good, honest, hard working people). I'm very satisfied with the product and experience! Thanks!
