Fat burning? Maybe... Appetite suppressant-no. Extra energy? Yep! So I've used these for a few weeks, not seen a change in my weight but my stamina and enegery levels are better when I work out every day and the sweat that comes off me- holy moly. 3 weeks later, I've not lost a significant amount of weight despite working out every day and eating well BUT the energy given for the workouts means I can go longer and bigger which makes me burn more calories. So, won't buy again buuut they're alright. Just alright.

Ive waited 2 weeks before writing a review to give them time to work. Purchased these after reading loads of positive reviews. However they have made no difference, none at all. Im a size 18 so its not like ive nothing to loose! Used as directed and used them before my gym session 3 times a week. They have maybe curbed my appetite but nothing compared to the amazing reviews they get. Very disappointed. Waste of money unfortunately.

Outstanding service when enquiring about the product. I've been taking the tablets for roughly a week now and can already see the F5 giving great energy boosts for adding cardio work into my weight training too. The tablets are almost flavorless too which helps when taking them first thing in the morning. With taking progress photos for a week before taking the tablets and then taking photos a week after beginning to take them, you can really see the fat and weight coming off in the right places. Got this this morning, have just taken a capsules and hit a group PT , fell absolutely amazing , loads more energy and set a couple of PB when lifting Highly recommend

I didn't even have a placebo effect with these burners. Did not have jitters and no feeling of hitting the gym hard either.. I just can't recommend sorry
