Not too bad- like the color variety
the color does come off, and you'll want to tighten the balls every so often because they unscrew easily. Even with that said, you get 16 pieces and have a variety of colors for a low price. I pleased with my order, I bought these to use in my septum piercing, and so far they're quite comfortable(I don't use the spiked ones, so my husband was happy cause he will use them lol), and I have 8 different colors to pick from!

Disappointing
I honestly hate writing bad reviews for products, I don't do it very often. But I unfortunately felt the need to with this one. When they first came in the mail I was pretty excited. There's a lot of colors to choose from and I loved that about this order. They were a little smaller than I was anticipating, you can't really see them very well in my nose (I have a septum). But I figured that was just on me for not paying attention to the mm. I wanted to try the spiked red one first, but the spiked balls are impossible to get off. The other red was hard also, but I managed and settled for that one instead. I've been wearing that one for about 2 days now, the ball has fallen off at least four times regardless of how tight I tighten it. I noticed this evening that the color has started to rub off and part of it is now just metal colored.

Great! Just paint constantly chipping off
The septum i wore in the video use to be the purple one, but wearing for a whole 30-40 days, as you can see the paint has completely chipped off (and some hard brown stuff that formed on the septum, that i dont deal with when i wear an actual metal septum) their ok, and cute to wear for a short period, but definitely not for wearing it long term. Their definitely sturdy and the ball tips dont ever loosen so them falling off randomly is never an issue. Its also the right size for me, small and dainty and not huge and hanging down to my top lip. Definitely work and cute, just need a more permanent paint job or be made with different material that’s already colored.

cute!!!
i love these! they came in this cute little box that ive actually stored all of my other septum jewelry in as well! i saw a few people say the paint chips, but so far (knock on wood) none of these have had that problem for me. a few of the balls are a little hard to unscrew, (especially with acrylic nails). ive included that wack ass picture of me because ive got the black spikey one in my nose, and i figured if anyone is like me, someone would want to see the size in comparison to my (gigantic) nose :-)

Picture Is Wrong
Says there was supposed to be two red rings. They came in all different colors none the same. Some already chipped off. Fits great for lip piercings but nothing fit the description tbh.

Size
They're definitely worth it for the price. Seems high quality. The only issue I have with them is how tiny they are. I struggle to get the other ball in, and forget trying to wear one with the spikes. I guess it pays off to read first before you buy. EDIT!: So, as mentioned, they are really tiny. I decided to use my old horseshoe and just replace the balls and spikes as I want. I'm changing my 5 star to a 4 star simply because the paint chips off pretty quickly. I had the red spikes on for 2 weeks, and half of each are silver.

Noticed after two hours of use that the color was chipping off
Was wearing the gold one for just two hours before the paint started chipping/peeling off. My lip in the area of the ring also went numb but I cannot 100% say that was the ring fault, I may have been playing with it too much. They're absolutely TINY, the colors are not accurate to the photo and the purples I got are two completely different shades. They feel flimsy but have not bent in the few hours I have had them so that may just be due to how small and skinny they are. The threads seem iffy as well.

You get what you pay for!
I was really exited to get these after my piercing healed and was able to change it however, they were smaller than expected. I was able to overlook the size and gave them a try. I did fell in love with the minimalistic, subtle look over time. After a week of wearing these, I noticed a metallic smelling fluid dripping down my nose! I immediate took the ring off and saw the color had eroded off the metal... it irritated my nose and my almost healed piercing which was not a fun experience. I was wearing the rose gold one at that time. My recommendation, go to your local tattoo/ piercing shop and ask for their septum jewelry selection. I’m sure they will have better quality even if it cost the extra coin. The price point is why I’m giving it ⭐️⭐️⭐️
