We have the 2 Cup dish since 2021 for our miniature poodle. It has solved her difficulties in easily reaching her food. We just purchased a 1 Cup dish for our young rescue tabby cat. He loves it. Both dishes are the correct height for easy eating and the bowl shape allows our pets to reach all their food. The stainless steel is high quality and cleans perfectly. Highly recommend this brand.

After reading way more information on XL elevated dog food bowls than I ever wanted to, I decided on this XL bowl for my lg dog due to the ergonomic design. Once received, it didn’t look like a standard bowl. It slants forward & so does the actual metal bowl. The unique roundish bowl has a rubber or silicone seal underneath the rim which does a good job of holding the bowl in place while your dog dines. The seal works well, it doesn’t move nor make any unnecessary noise which other reviewers commented on. The flip side of the good seal is that it’s slightly difficult to remove the bowl from the stand for cleaning. I actually remove the bowl from the with a little finger push, not a big issue. The stand itself has rubber on the bottom which keeps it firmly planted & doesn’t move around the floor, that was an issue for me with some of the other feeders. The reason I gave this 4 stars is that for an XL feeder, it seems rather short, on the verge of being too short & while the bowl accommodates my dog’s food portions, it’s not as large as I would have anticipated for an XL sized bowl. In conclusion & my own opinion, this bowl may possibly be too short for any dog larger than a standard sized lab breed.

The one cup is the best size for cats. I found out the hard way by ordering smaller and larger first. These are really great for not making a mess. We have one rescue cat who the vet had to pull all her teeth due to problems, and she has a very hard time eating without making a mess. I always had to continue pushing the food back toward her to keep it from going over the opposite side of the bowl. Since I started using this type, she has not made a mess in the floor at all, and I don't have to continue helping her. I pat myself on the back for buying these for my animals. One reviewer had a problem with the band that is around the inside rim of the bowl not lasting. So far, I have had no problem with them, but I did think about them not lasting when I first opened the packages. However, my second thought was a wide rubber band would work the same way, a simple solution. Also, any animal larger than a five pound chihuahua needs a larger bowl than the ½ cup size. They are very sturdy and easy to clean too.

I love the quality of this product. He's scared of sounds and the rubber liner for the metal bowl takes care of that. It's sturdy. I bought it for my 16 lb shih tzu. I ordered a medium/ 1 cup. I'm going to keep that for dry food but I've just ordered the small because when he tried eating the wet food from that he got it all over his face.

Probably a great bowl for dogs but I do not recommend for cats. I have seen 3 cats struggle with whisker fatigue from this bowl. The bowl is not wide enough to accommodate for whiskers and causes them to struggle to eat from it.

This is perfect! My elder chihuahua was pushing her food off the plate since she couldn’t use a traditional bowl anymore. Now food stays in the bowl and doesn’t get the floor and wall dirty as she pushes her wet food on the back of the bowl.

Very nice design. However, it wasn’t big enough. I have a Lab & her meal & water needs are more than this bowl could hold. I did look at measure size, but I just thought it would work.

Bought this bowl for one of our cats. She has what is called 'chin acne', a sore looking mess. So I read that plastic and ceramic bowls are a no no, but stainless steel was recommended. This little bowl fit the bill perfectly. Its a bit raised, the stainless steel bowl sits in it tilted forward, can be taken from the stand for easy cleaning. The whole thing is very well made, sturdy and non-slip. The cat had no issues with it, gobbled up her food. The other cats were curious and jealous... they came over to check it out. One was fascinated by the shine of the bowl, kept reaching inside with his paw and tapping it. Might have to get them all a new bowl, lol. It is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for and this is a quality item.

Eccellente anche per non far traboccare l’acqua quando beve.. piace anche ai gatti. È grande ma il colore della base è bello, l’ho presa in tono con i mobiletti della cucina :) Vale i soldi spesi. Good bowl. I like that it has a stainless steel insert so I can easily wash it. It’s much easier for my French bulldog to eat out of rather than a traditional dog bowl.

I expected it to be flimsy but it’s actually sturdy and functional. Easy to clean and my dog eats his meals from it with no problem.

I will be purchasing one for the cat as well. Great product for the dog and so much quieter when he eats now. Nice looking as well. Quality is good.
