This is a game changer. Perfect slushies everytime. Can leave it all day for a get together and it works! Super easy to clean. My kids, grandkids and adults all love it. This is a real set it and forget it. Can't wait to try more recipes. Right now lemonade & cranberry is our fave.

Excellent, very easy setup, fast cooling, great tasting frappe and ice cream. Wish a recipe book was included. Take any juice and turn into slushy drink. Clean up is so ease, has it's own rinse cycle, all parts detach for dishwasher or sink clean.

If I could give this review, zero stars, I definitely would. I am extremely unhappy with the whole experience I’ve had with the seller, which is woot. They have no experience in selling products. They attach fake serial numbers on items that they shipped to you and when you tell them, you have a problem they are of no assistance. I am extremely infuriated with the quality of this product. I spent a lump sum amount of money on this now piece of junk. Oh, and to add my house almost caught on fire because the product overheated. I do not recommend anybody buy from the seller. The functionality is terrible. I am going to spread the word to everybody about my experience.

Honestly I was surprised and angry when the item arrived with a refurbished sticker on it. I was going to return. This is our 2nd machine. Love it, but capacity was the issue. Needed more. Saw the deal and jumped on it. Before returning lt, I decided to at least open the box and have a good look at it. This machine has never been used. On our first machine the cooling cylinder has marks on it from the impeller spinning. Happens to all of them. This cooling cylinder is new. The machine is box fresh. And the bubble cups are $40 each from the Ninja website. So we tried it out. Worked amazing. As it should. We bought the extended warranty. So even if it craps out. We're covered. Got a good machine plus 2 expensive cups worth $80 at half the price.

Parfait !!!!!! Je ladore tout es la et tout fonctionne. Son gros reservoir permet de mettre bcp liquide pour faire de la slush par exemple.

The unit would turn on but preset button lights would only blink and would not start the machine. Come to find out, once the vessel is seated properly, there should be a tiny plastic piece on the back of it that pushes a tiny button on the main part of the unit. That piece was broken off and makes this whole unit inoperable. Very unimpressed with this item!
