Doughmakers Sheet Cake Commercial Grade Aluminum Bake Pan 13" x 18.5"

My absolutely favorite brand of baking pan. I own several other sizes of the Doughmakers' jelly roll pan, but had never seen this size before, so I thought I'd check it out. It has the same very sturdy, well made qualities that I love -- does not warp like cheaper brands, is aluminum with a pebbly finished that washes easily and looks very distinctive. With a cooling rack fit inside, it also makes a large batch of perfectly cooked bacon in the oven. I'll be able to make more cookies at one time also, so I'm really looking forward to that. Even though it says "nonstick" in the pan name, I think that make refer to the pebbly finish that makes food easily come off and clean -- it does not have a typical nonstick finish that many pans have. In my opinion, that is a good thing because I don't have to worry about some finish coming off in the future.

Great rack. Only issues are it won’t hold my “baby weights”. Will hold 10 lbs and above. Also need to give it enough clearance from wall for weights to hang over.

I have used Doughmakers pans for years! I swear by them! I am convinced they make my chocolate chip cookies turn out even better than any other pan! Great quality! Hand wash them to maintain the finish!

I use this brand for baking and cooking on them. I love the way cookies turn out on their cookie sheets and the pricing is awesome!

It is a good pan but about 1/# of an inch to big for our wall mounted double oven. This is a high quality pan. I filed the sides dow so it would slide in without hitting the walls. Oven is a GE wall mount double oven.

I have had this pan for about 15 years and love it. We have 5 kids, so I often cook in large quantities. Just yesterday, I was cooking for a group of 30 and this pan was perfect to hold 70 large BBQ meatballs. It is thick and durable. The care instructions say not to use non-stick spray and I have for years, but it does leave a dark stain, sort of a thick film, that I can't wash off around the edges (still works fine, but isn't "pretty" anymore). I just ordered another one and am going to not use spray on that one. Anyway, I will always have one or more of these pans in my kitchen and I highly recommend it!

Was actually not the product I thought I was buying, secondly it is 'light' weight. Half sheets need be heavier then this but I am using in my kitchen just the same.

I know nothing about bake ware, but thought it was time to upgrade my stuff and sprung for this brand, and have been absolutely happy with the quality after a year of light use, no regrets here.

nice and large if you want to spread out all your frozen fries to get them nice and crispy, pan looks great, easy to clean
