I bought this since my previous mattress pad purchase from another company failed after 9 months. The comfort on the pad is outstanding and it ranges from heat level 1 ( why bother?) to heat level 12 ( just shy of blast furnace). It also has a preheat cycle that warms the pad up quickly, and then drops it down to the last setting you used. I turn it on about 30 minutes before I go to bed, and when I get in bed it's nice and warm. So warm that my Chihuahua, who is a chilly willy fur baby, burrows under the covers and stays there all night. It's a great item and at an affordable price, and the fabric quality is excellent. The controller has a zero noise level, and i fall asleep quickly on it This is for our split king XL bed. My wife likes it chilly, so her side doesn't have a pad. Great quality, and I'm enjoying it. It also has up to a 12 hour timer that works great

Very nice pad. This has a pre-heat button which is great because it shuts off in two hours. I don’t like the heat on during the night while I’m sleeping so I just hit the preheat button and by the time I go to bed it’s just warm and cozy. I like the thickness of it, very cozy. Well worth the money!

Live in Northern PA where winters get cold. Like having a cool bedroom but my feet are always cold. This mattress pad is perfect. Warmer on the foot, can choose the temperature and time. I turn it on a half hr before I go to bed so it warm and cozy and it automatically shuts off in an hour so I’m not too warm. Have only used it for a month so I can’t speak to durability but it appears to be well made. Very happy with this, I’ll be purchasing another for the guest bedroom.

This is perfect. It’s like a bed sized heating pad. I have chronic pain and this is a must have. We had a previous one that died after i accidentally tipped a water glass over. It was great also. But this one is better. I love the preheat on it and the fact it goes to the last settings you had. It’s super easy to put on your bed. Very comfortablez can feel the wires at all. Easy to program

There are lots of bed warming devices available by dozens of sellers, but one wonders if they ever actually try them in real life. My pet peeve is the controller, because that's actually the only thing that you interact with. This one was chosen for the promise of a better, or at least decent, controller. It has enough range on the heat setting that I can turn it down below blistering and it has 12 hours on the timer before the mandatory government induced shut down. Those actually work quite well. My lovely wife can't even feel any heat on the lowest setting, but it's perfect for me. The pad itself is quite nice and we can't feel anything out of the norm while it's in place. The "feature" that cost it a star? It's a simple software choice that was not at all necessary. If you're not paying attention and you turn it down below 1, it just rolls around the corner back to 12 and immediately cooks you out of the bed. How difficult would it have been to just have it go from 1 to 12?? Sheesh.. Oh yes, another plus. The (actual physical) buttons are much quieter than our previous buttons so I don't have to worry about waking my wife in the middle of the night. It's easy to find the right button by feel with your eyes closed. Recommended, just watch out for the never ending heat cycle.

Arrived as scheduled in excellent condition with easy instructions. Wife and I using past two months. We "PREHEAT" for one hour before bedtime then set heat control on 2 or 3 for eight hours for a relaxing, cozy night's sleep. Outstanding quality and value as compared to the high-end brands. Wife happy, husband happy. Five stars plus.

The preheat feature is a too hot for too long, so you have to turn it off and back on to get back to your normal heat setting OR hit the +/- buttons to get to level 3 or 4 which I find most comfortable. The preheat should also have a timer adjustment to 15 or 30 minutes. he quilting is nice, and it fits really well.

Great product. Easy install. Plenty of cord to reach nightstands or close tables and any outlet. Bought one for my wife's side of the bed and if there is another cold snap, I'll be getting my side of the bed one as well!
