DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING RIPPED OFF I can’t state with enough emphasis how ridiculously expensive the yearly subscription is. In my opinion it should be 10x cheaper than what it is now. The device is good at reading faults and clearing them, however if you want to do anything more its £70 PER YEAR for the standard (which doesn’t give you much) or £230!!!!!! For the ultimate one. Absolute insanity

Unfortunately, this item needed an update and kept on crashing. Eventually it got through after that it didn’t work sufficiently.

Will not unlock the gateway SFD on 2025 2026 Audis or VAG vehicle despit the advert on the webpage saying the product is for these vehicles Even with the ultimate package it is no better than my previous version with the bog standard software This is just a big rip off I CAN DO EVERYTHING this does with the previous OBD11 You have to update it on first use this took 2 days as it went in an endless loop updating I am not sure it has updated every time I plug it in it says you have to update it to use it I guess eventually they may get permission to use it on the new SFD ON THE VAG 2025 onwards vehicles But now in the real world just buy the cheapest one it does the same this 3 and ultimate is a total waste of money

It does what it should. Scanning new cars takes a bit more time. I use it mostly for on the go diagnostic tool which can stay in the car. Proper diagnostics it’s better to go for a wired connection in my opinion. Most features are paid. However you could still see live values from inside every ecu for quick test without a subscription I guess it just allows only 5 or 6 at a time. Having it in the car with full access to ecu gives you a peace of mind.

My husband ordered this product and he loves it. It does exactly what it says it can and more, would definitely recommend purchasing this product. I would say I would buy it again but I do not see a reason I would have to do so as this is very good quality product. Very simple to use and navigate the instructions given. Functionality is beyond what I expected and offers more than I expected. Products size is about 3.5 inches long by about 2inches wide. The engine light kept coming on saying low boost only for this product to tell us it was a sensor that needed replaced and saved us 100s in shop bills.
