Valrhona is the best dutch cocoa powder, hands down
I've made chocolate fudge sauce, mole, and brownies with this cocoa powder, and it's just the best dang cocoa powder I've ever used. Don't skimp with the cheaper brands, this stuff is it!!

For that price…. It better be great since the Droste Cacao is no longer made. This is wonderful as hot cocoa. Melts quickly in the milk, silky and delicious. But fifty bucks!!!! It will be for company only. And fellow chocolate lovers who hate Hershey and ho hum Fry.
