It comes with two rechargeable batteries gives a almost an hour play time. The remote works good and it's easy to operate. Battery life was good! It has different settings to choose so, it'll drain less battery. This would make a great gift for anyone.Works great, easy to use, great price. Super fast!

First of all, it is not 1:18 scale. More like 1:24 scale. Smaller than I expected because of that wrong description. But honestly it is pretty damn cool. By having 2 forward / reverse motors powering the truck and also making it turn, they simplified the design by eliminating any sort of steering mechanism. The lights are a plus. Especially how you can turn them on and cycle through 3 different settings (on, flashing, and fading) via a button on the remote. Great for driving over legos and scattered toys in the living room! I got it for my 5 year old, although I was probably just as if not more excited about it lol. It came with batteries for the remote, as well as 2 rechargeable stick batteries for the vehicle. It also came with some extra body panels which are pretty much the same as what is already installed on the car body, so I just put them away as spares.

This thing is super fast but not the easiest to control. It came out of the packaging with scratches on the roof as well.
