Fått schampo istället för balsam. Efter många mail ändå inte fått kostnad skillnad. Leverns av AHA-group. De skickat fel produkt och undvikit att skicka en ny rätt produkt och inte heller skickat tillbaka prisskillnaden. Det verkar som att även Amazon har inte kunnat göra något åt problemet.
