It isn't bumpy, you cannot feel wires underneath it, they feel almost non existent but it comes with a tool thing that shows you there is "live" wires on it so that was so so cool to see. It's comfortable and I honestly feel like I noticed a difference in my overall well-being and sleep from last night! Id honestly recommend! So cool!!!
