Makes me feel hydrated and refreshed. The taste is very good and not overwhelming like many other electrolyte drinks. Perfect for an every day hydration drink especially if you work out a lot!

These are great post work out. They are lightly carbonated and have the all good stuff, while leaving out the artificial dyes and other unnecessary ingredients. The citrus flavor is subtle and enjoyable! I feel more hydrated finishing one of these after my workout.

My rating is based primarily on the taste. It reminds me of a cheap tasting cola. The electrolytes in the drink do the job after a tough hot workout. I will get through the case but unlikely to buy this flavor again.
