A really nice touch is just how incredibly capable this skillet is when it comes to heat retention and versatile cooking. It even helped make that perfect pan-baked cornbread that everyone who visits our home absolutely raves about, which is a huge plus! The fact that it’s toxin-free and made without synthetic coatings is fantastic for peace of mind, making it an awesome, healthy choice for our kitchen. My one little thing, however, is that this pan is definitely heavy, but it’s definitely worth it for the performance you get. It’s a solid, heavy-duty piece of gear, so you just have to be a bit mindful when moving it around, especially in a compact apartment kitchen. Also, while the pan itself is excellent, I did notice the maintenance instructions seemed to be for standard cast iron rather than enameled, which was a tiny bit confusing at first. It’s not a deal-breaker at all, and since it’s enameled, it’s actually much easier to maintain and clean, making the confusion a very minor point. All in all, I'm really happy with this cast iron frying pan. It works perfectly, delivers fantastic results with every meal, and is a very appealing option for anyone looking for worth-the-value cookware that is built to last. It has been a game-changer for our cooking routine, and I’m super happy with its excellent performance and how beautiful it looks in our apartment kitchen. It’s definitely a solid choice for a reliable and durable kitchen companion!
