These are cute, but dont underestimate them- they actually are very effective at shrinking pimples overnight. I definitely saw a 70% reduction of redness and size, I was pleasantly surprised! (no patch removes them 100% unfortunately). Also, the case is magnetic, it's made very well considering most patches don't even come with a case at all!! I've used at least a half dozen brands, but with varying success. Some burn and leave a red mark, but this didn't for me, and I have sensitive skin. Overall, a great buy!

The compact is so cute, let’s be honest you mostly get this for the refillable box. The patches on the other hand are meh. They fall of if you produce any oil from your face or move around.

They’re cute, they work, and I especially like that there are larger patches, which is really helpful. Will also be reusing the compact after all the patches are used.

The outer space designs are cute. I find that they peel at the edges and fall off easily after a couple of hours. I didn't find many therapeutic effects after using it all night either, my skin seemed protected but not softened or cared for. I also had to use two at one time to make sure that it would stay in place during the night. The initial application works pretty well, and it does help me to stop at picking as I would rather just tap it firmly in place. I won't be buying these again as I'd rather find more effective people patches but I did appreciate the cuteness of these.

So adorable and they work! I’ve tried so many different brands including the stars. These are the first cute ones I’ve found that actually work, stay on, and absorb. Plus the case is adorable and super easy to just toss in the purse! Will be purchasing any refills from this brand from now on.

Other than being adorable, these came with a cute bag that can be reused for pencils, makeup etc and noticed that the ingredients used are evidence based/effective at actually targeting acne. What a nice buy! Would recommend to any Paul Frank fans

Yeah it's really cuteland efficient but definitely smaller than expected it also doesn't have that much patch in is maybe 5 to 6 sheets.
