This 12-in-1 steam mop works really great cleaning the floors in my house. It's very versatile and comes with multiple attachments. It includes a measuring cup to fill it up with water, an ironing brush, a window cleaning tool, a round & flat brush, an angle nozzle, a large round brush, a scraping tool and an extra mop head. This steam mop is very easy to assemble and use. It's also lightweight. It only uses tap water and no cleaning chemicals are required. It heats up very quickly. I've used it on the tile floors in my kitchen and dining room, my hardwood floors in my living room and it can also clean carpets as well. The additional attachments allow you to clean your shower, glass, mirrors, garments, upholstery, etc. I would highly recommend this product and I'm very happy with this purchase.

Works great! I bought this for a manufacturing facility, and it got some pretty tough oil and mud stains out of the floor. Easy to put together, easy to use, heats up super quickly and, even though it looks like the size of the water canister wouldn't enable it to last for long, it lasted through two entire rooms before it needed a refill. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that the mop pad doesn't seem to stay on very well. The velcro-like fixtures secure it fairly loosely, so the front part bunches up when you mop due to the weight of the device and the friction between the pad and the floor.

This steam mop is awesome! First off, it heats up super fast. It takes it literally seconds to start steaming up super fast, and it literally goes to work and seconds. This kit can be used for many different types of cleaning, from cars, to floors, kitchen tubs, to bathroom sinks. They are used for everything, and it works fantastic. I really like the kit it comes with, and the pads. It works great, and super easy to use. I haven’t noticed any leakage at all, it seems that the water stays where it needs to be even in storage. It seems pretty durable, I’ve used it many times, and it still acts like it’s new! All in all, this water steam mop is fantastic, and it seems like there was quite a bit of design that went into the process for making it and it works great!

This is a great little steam cleaner. Assembly was easy, and I was able to start using it quickly. While the included directions were a bit confusing and had poor English, the mop itself is straightforward. It heats up very fast and did an excellent job cleaning the tile floor in my kitchen. The water reservoir is relatively small, but I was pleasantly surprised by how long it lasts before needing a refill. The mop pads are well-made and seem durable. They were easy to install and easy to clean in the sink between uses. I assume they will also hold up well in the washing machine, though I have not tried that yet. The cleaner is lightweight and easy to maneuver. It's also simple to store since it stands on its own.
