I love this one. I had another brand previously but this one is much sturdier. It’s made of some metal parts which make it feel more substantial. Imagine this will last longer too. It has many different functions depending on what attachment you have on. I use water with it so no strange scent or chemicals. Great for having babies around. Plus they are messy so it’s nice to be able to get up dirt or stuck on food so easily. It’s was so easy to put together. All you have to do from there is switch out any of the many attachments. It comes with 2 of the larger pads that I use for floors. But one of the other pieces has a small cloth covering if I need to do a smaller space with a cloth. I will prob order more of the pads tho because of how much I use this, I need options. It’s heats up within seconds and gets very hot, which is needed. And it cools off quickly too. The steam allows the floors or wherever to dry off quickly. So no slippery tiles or linoleum. It also works great for shower walls too. I could list more uses for it but you’ll see how it applies to many areas needing cleaning. This really does speed up my cleaning and I’m at peace because of how clean things are. And for this device you have so many functions, you can’t beat the price. My friends want to keep borrowing mine but nope they can get their own. I will buy my daughter one too.

I liked this steam mop, but I may have been expecting too much. We have 5-year old porcelain plank floors that were pretty clean till we got a dog last year. After that, they got pretty grungy, and wet mopping didn't help much, so I figured the steam mop would be just the ticket. Well, first of all, the Ad says that there's 'no elbow grease required'. Well, yeah, unless you don't want to get your floors really clean. Otherwise, it does take some effort to clean more soiled areas that have spots, marks, etc. By the time I was halfway done, I was sweating up a storm and feeling it in my back. It cleaned lightly soiled areas well, but did nothing at all for the grout, which is what really needs cleaning; but maybe I was expecting too much. Possibly if there were a ridged and/or scrubber pad available, it might be feasible to clean the grout, but otherwise, the steam and soft pads just don't do much for it. Other than that though, it did a decent job of cleaning my floors. Haven't tried it on carpets/upholstery yet, so I can't say how that is, or how easy it is to convert to a handheld steamer. It was very easy to put together and a cinch to learn to use: You simply turn it on, wait about 30 seconds for the light to turn from red to blue, and you're ready to go. I struggled a bit with the 'steam intensity' knob, not seeing much of a difference between higher/lower settings, but the steam seemed consistent and not too watery/steamy; and my floors were dry in about 10 minutes. It was easy to fill the tank; it just snaps off, you unscrew the stopper, fill it at the faucet and snap it back in. Although the tank looks small, I did about 3/4 of a 2200 sq. ft. house and still had water left. A water level indicator would be helpful; as it is, you just have to keep an eye on it, which is fairly easy. All in all, for the price, it works pretty well, but don't expect miracles if your floor is really stained/dirty.

I bought this mop for several reasons: the larger water tank, the long cord, multiple accessories that came with it, 3 steam settings and a reasonable price. It was easy to assemble and feels durable. It has an adjustable handle, but since I am not tall, I use it at it's shortest length. The mop cleans the ceramic tile and our carpet well, heats up quickly and does not leave a lot of excess water on the surfaces. I contacted customer service because I was unable to find any replacement pads for this mop and also where to sign up for the warranty. I recieved a quick reply to my email from Lydia and she obtained some replacement pads for me and indicated that she would sign me up for the warranty. I was quite pleased that Lydia was so prompt in her reply, her helpfulness and she also indicated that if I had any other concerns or problems with the product in the future, that I could contact her. Great job Lydia !!! So far, I am pleased with this product.

I ordered this to try to remove candle wax off of the floor and get hard water off of sinks. This took off all of the hard water on shower head, bathroom and kitchen sink and around tub. This also took stains out of our carpet that the carpet cleaner didn’t get out. So many options to clean with this. So much value for the money with so many cleaning options. Light weight. Saves me a ton of time. Adjustable length. I highly recommend this. You can even steam clothes with it!! I would recommend to use distilled water in the machine so it doesn’t get clogged with minerals or hard water.
