Effective, Comfortable, and a Total Game-Changer
This upgraded neck stretcher has made a noticeable difference in just 10 minutes a day, easing the tension I’ve built up from long hours at my desk. Its ergonomic design fits perfectly to the curve of my neck, providing both support and gentle traction to improve posture. I love the built-in acupuncture points—they target stiffness in all the right places and help me fully relax. After using it regularly, I’ve noticed improved sleep and far less neck and shoulder pain. It’s lightweight, durable, and easy to bring anywhere—whether at home, in the office, or even on the go. The one-piece high-density foam construction is both supportive and comfortable, and it doesn't lose shape. This is a must-have for anyone with neck strain from work or poor posture—simple, effective, and incredibly soothing.

Lightweight and Comfortable Neck Relaxer
I like this pillow because it’s lightweight and ready to use right away — no assembly required. It has a springy feel and is comfortable to lie on. The bumps are placed in just the right spots — as I understand, they’re designed for pressure points, and you can definitely feel the massage effect. When you lie down, your neck feels gently supported and relaxed, without any over-stretching. It’s especially nice to use in the evening, when the neck is tired after working on the computer. The device is compact, easy to put aside, and convenient to take with you. Overall, it’s a simple product that really works, and I’m glad I decided to try it.

If hot dog water was a neck stretcher…
I have been dealing with a stiff neck for a couple of weeks. I had another neck stretcher before but lost track of it, so I researched devices and picked this one based on all the glowing reviews. Normally, I find Amazon reviews very helpful; this time, they totally failed me. When I got it out of the box tonight, my neck was already screaming, so I thought, “Hey, 10 minutes a day for pain relief—what could go wrong?” Well… everything. The pictures make it look like it will softly conform to your natural spine while gently stretching your neck. The reality? It didn’t give at all. It felt like my head was forced onto an unyielding chunk of oak, and instead of relief, it made everything worse. The “pressure points” didn’t melt away tension—they just gave me brand-new sore spots to add to my collection. But I thought that maybe my neck was so stiff that I just needed to settle in and let it work. After 10 minutes, my neck still hurt. After 15 minutes, I’d already initiated the return. That’s how fast it failed. And in case you are thinking I may have some physical anomoly or an unusual frame, I don’t. I’m a 5’ 5” female with what I would describe as a typical-sized neck—I’m neither a giraffe or a turtle. The description promises “ultimate relaxation” and “ergonomic design.” Reality? It’s like lying on a bed of angry foam Legos while contemplating your life choices. And those videos? Totally useless. Who needs a slow-mo shot of it coming out of the box? (Okay, there is no slow-mo shot, but there is an actual picture of the device that plays as a video. WHAT??) I needed someone to show me how to actually use it—unless the correct method was to suffer quietly and question humanity. It was so uncomfortable that I assumed it must be user error. Was I positioning it incorrectly? Surely I was. How else could it go? Finally, I found a video that showed someone actually USING it, and her unit looked much more giving & comfortable than the anvil I had in my hand. Maybe the unit I have is an newer model. If so, someone FAILED. Final verdict: I literally had to go outside and touch grass to recover from the experience. Save your money, your time, and your vertebrae. A brick under your head would be more effective, and at least it’s free. Pros & Cons Pros: • Lightweight enough to carry straight to the trash • Great conversation starter: “Guess what this knot is from?” Cons: • Feels like medieval torture disguised as foam • Most videos explain nothing • Causes bonus pain you didn’t order • Looks soft in pictures, but is about as forgiving as a cinder block • I initiated the returned within 15 minutes—fastest relief it ever gave me I’m off to find another product. Because I have had a great neck relaxer before, I know there’s one out there!

Lightweight and Easyto Use
I have been very happy with this neck stretcher. I have soreness after some workouts and this product has been a must as part of my stretching routine. Simple to use out of the bag as it does a great job supporting the neck while providing a light stretch. There are a number of different positions that will allow you to stretch neck muscles you didnt even know you have. The lightweight material allows for this to travel with you and toss in you gym bag to add as part of your regular routine. I recommend this affordable means of streching out your neck.

So Far...Neck Pain Reduced!
I have been using this on and off all day. I have a neck injury from a car accident, and two years later, it's still hard to look down at anything on my desk without pain, so I remembered to take breaks today and use this device..and can't believe I am getting relief. It says to use it for 10 minutes, but I only used it a few times today for 3-4 minutes and will work up to the full 10 minutes. It's the end of my work day, and I have no pain or headache from today's work. I don't want to get my hopes up, but this could be a game-changer for me.
