I think I’ve found my new matcha staple. This is the best matcha I’ve had and it’s going to be difficult for anything to impress me this much. The color is a vibrant green with no signs of oxidation and the texture is silky smooth almost melting at your fingertips. The aroma is floral and nutty with a subtle sweetness. This is a versatile matcha that could work with fruity notes or something more decadent. As an Usucha, it’s very earthy and slightly bitter, but in a good way. It’s not overpowering and it would be great with some sweetness to balance the flavor profile. I think this would also be insanely delicious as a matcha lemonade. As a latte this is kind of a masterpiece. I used a homemade strawberry syrup with milk and I’m fighting the urge for another glass. This matcha is SO refreshing that even in latte form you feel like you never want to get to the last sip. There is a hint of astringency but it benefits the flavor profile and elevates the experience. It is very floral and sweet as a latte which I love and has absolutely no fishy or seaweed flavor but has a mild and balanced umami that you almost miss because of how well balanced this matcha is. I also get some citrus notes towards the end. Overall this is a smooth and refreshing matcha that leaves you feel satisfied.

Extremely smooth & creamy. This non bitter matcha froths nicely when making (thin)Usucha or (thicker)Koicha matcha tea and my daily matcha lattes. Very reasonably priced for a high quality matcha. I will definitely purchase this great tasting matcha again!

This is amazing! Great quality matcha for a good price with amazing color and packaging. This is definitely one of my favorites, and I look forward to purchasing it again in the future and recommending it to friends.

Amazingly good! I’ve been trying different matchas to find a staple, and this one was good! I wish it came bigger cause I’m almost finished with mine in less than two weeks. But I also tend to use a lot. The color is also beautiful and the right green I would repurchase, but I need something bigger for long-term use :(
