I've been experiencing neck pain lately (side sleeper) when I wake up in the morning and couldn't seem to find the proper combo of the various pillows I had to properly support my neck. I tried this one to see if it would offer any improvement, and I've been really happy with it, having used it for the last week or so. The higher side offers the perfect support for my neck; it feels really comfortable and keeps my head cooler than a regular pillow, which I really like. I think that I fall asleep faster, and wake up in the morning with no neck or shoulder pain for the first time in quite a while. The hand rests on the sides are not really large enough to rest my hand on (they should poke out from the sides a bit more to be really useful) so I still sleep with my hand under the edge of the pillow, which is fine. There was a slight odor to it when it first arrived, but that went away after a few days. I use it with a large pillowcase so I won't have to deal with removing and replacing the form fit cover it comes with, which looks like it'd be a pain to deal with all the time. Kind of a weird looking pillow, but it works great for me. Recommended.

I love this cervical neck pillow! Its temperature is cool for sleeping, light weight, curved design provides great support for my neck and shoulders, and relieves my neck pain while sleeping. The added bonus is that is affordable. Don’t be fooled by its price. This is a quality product, good height for taller individuals. It is designed for durability, and can compete with similar products costing much much more. This cervical pillow is a win! win!

The pillow is as comfortable as you would hope. Within 2 days of using, I had less stress in my neck and look forward to using it every night. It took only one use to get used to the shape. It is the best night sleep I’ve had in a while. The snap has a tendency to pop-open, which can be alarming while sleeping.

I Luv,Luv this Ergonomic Side Sleeper Pillow, Wow it made such a difference, I followed the instruction to allow it to inflate and breath for 24 hrs. i placed on window on the top of my chaise. i have been sleeping with this pillow for the last 3 nights and days, no more headaches, should pain or neck pain. The outer covering is soo soft, and smooth, and gentle on your face. I highly recommend buying this Ergonomic Side Sleeper Pillow, if you are thinking about one and how effective it will be. The outer covering has a zipper in the back that is covered with a hem covering the zipper , so you get nicked. I'm going to buy another one for my husband. No more snoring, lol.

This pillow is more comfortable than a walmart single pillow with regular chunk fill. I think 2 regular pillows, one thin and one thick would do you more good than this as that is what I had been using before I bought this. That said, this is acceptable as you can turn it around if you need more height and turn it back if you want to sleep on your stomach or side. The problem is you are not going to be turning it around in your sleep as you toss and roll. I'm a side sleeper normally but will sometimes roll over on my stomach and this pillow works for that scenerio. However, if you sleep on your back and then go to your side once in awhile, this pillow will not work. Its also difficult to keep clean. You can change out pillow cases easily on regular pillows, but this one is irregular shaped and no spares are included while one is in the wash. You can put a regular pillow case over this pillow but then there's no place to tuck your arm except under the whole pillow which cuts off the bloodflow and my arm goes numb. This does not cure snoring in my case, but I don't always snore so my wife will let me know after a month or two of more use. This does not help any spinal straigtening that I have observed because everyone's spinal height (on side) is different and that's why 2 regular pillows might be better than this. They say these type pillows are cooler to sleep on, but I find its the opposite. Maybe when you first lay your head on it its cool, but after about an hour it seems hotter than regular pillows to me. The smell went away by the second night of use and it was not bad at all the first night. All in all, it works out for me and It does not cause me to wake up in the middle of the night to adjust it so I think I can continue to use it. I bought another very similar pillow, and its a little firmer than this one with different heights. The jury is still out on it but I will keep them both even though my original plan was to send back the worst of the two. Just don't expect this to solve any medical issues you may have like sleep apnea, snoring, spinal issues, cooler sleeping, etc. I don't expect any of that and I sleep through the night just fine. These type pillows are way over-hyped. I'm old, with arthritis everywhere on my body and have tried a lot of sleep aids, but the most useful ones are usually cheap , tried and true, and followed up by aspirin when really necessary.

As a back and side sleeper, this pillow has made a huge difference in my quality of sleep. It is very comfortable and I wake up pain-free. The material is high-quality and very soft and the pillow keeps its shape. I have only had it for just over a week, but it has made a huge difference that I can feel. I researched pillows for neck support and this one won out in both functionality as well as price point. Highly recommend.

OMG this pillow is the bomb! Got it yesterday, slept on it last night. I can't remember the last time I slept this well. The pillow is very supportive without being too high, too low, too hard, or too soft. It was just right! Woke up this morning without pain, which is amazing! The company sent the pillow quickly and without problem. Update: Three days later, this pillow is still the best I've ever had. No neck pain, no back pain. An added bonus is the shape, which doesn't interfere with my CPAP mask!
