Instant Root Retouch - Dark Brown 2-in-1 Gray Coverage, 0.33 fl oz

This is my review and personal experience with Naturtint Instant Root Retouch - Dark Brown 2-in-1 Gray Coverage. First off, the product comes in a very convenient size that fits in the medicine cabinet, toiletry bag or purse without taking up much space. The container itself is durable and reduces the risk of breaking inside your bag and staining the rest of your belongings. The applicator has a nice handle that is easy to hold and keeps the dye off your hands. The applicator bristles collect ample amount of dye and it easily applied down to the roots of your hair with minimal contact on the scalp or skin. The product blends easily to cover the grey and restores your hair for a more youthful look. The price point is very reasonable for such a quality product. I give this product 5 stars for quality of the dye, the ease of use and great price point.

This product doesn’t work!!! Highly recommend not buying it.

Worked as described!

I would say this product was just okay. I ordered it to help cover small areas of new gray hair growth along my hairline. While it does get the job done, the application feels similar to using mascara on your hair. It doesn’t leave the hair feeling soft or dry and tends to smear. I like the concept of the product and hope the formula or quality can be improved in the future.

Great product! It covers the gray!

Love this touch up in between colorings. Easy to apply (like mascara wand), dries quickly and doesn’t come off later if you accidentally run fingers through hair. Good until you wash out. Not sticky and blends naturally- clean, no harsh ingredients!

I think I have normal grey hair. It did not cover it. But I love the hair dye.

Compared to others Naturtint is quite wet with mediocre coverage. I prefer root touch up or gray away better.
