This is my second pair. The first pair I wore for a bit but they seemed short and had some manufacturing issues. They were cute so I ordered this pair a size larger. They seem to be made better than the first pair but both of these pairs of shoes leave the arches in my feet sore the next day. They tend to run big in the heel but snug in the toe area on both too. I'm not sure I'd really recommend these.

I received the shoes was extremely big it’s says 10 but was like size 13. I returned the shoes and I never received refund back

I wear size 10 and it fits pretty true. Not wide width but they're still comfy. They match the pictures exactly. Overall im satisfied.

Such a great purchase! I was a little concerned at first because I don't own any flats since I have really high arches, but these ones are very comfortable! They also feel well supported/padded for flats. The only downside is the edge did rub against the side of my foot a bit, but I'm pretty sure that's just my feet not being used to wearing flats. I originally ordered a 7 (my normal shoe size is 7.5) because everyone seemed to recommend downsizing. However, I did end up exchanging them for a 7.5, which were perfect.
