B&B Charcoal Inc Post Oak Smoking Chips (Two Pack), 180 cu in (00124)

I bought these to try out on my home built electric smoker for things like sausage and bacon. My rig uses a Masterbuilt cool smoke generator as the smoke source and these smoke wonderfully in it. Historically, pecan has been my go-to for most meats but I know lots of folks, especially Texans, seem to like post oak so I thought I'd give it a try. I find it nice and mild and believe it would work for nearly anything needing smoke flavor for someone like myself who doesn't want the smoke to overpower other flavors. I would definitely buy again.
