I can’t write much on the adhesive strength because for extra hold I put on command strips overtop of the adhesive. But so far it has been okay with the adhesive. I noticed when I did a medium command strip versus a xl command strip my garland fell. So you would probably need extra adhesive if you want to hold greater then 6 lbs. I used 3 of them for 6 lb. Garland and it still fell. With that being said, that didn’t stop me from ordering 4 more. They are beautiful. I love the gold. I also ordered the silver which I haven’t gotten in yet. They are easy to use. Clean the wall and stick. The hook size is best I have seen yet when comparing to other hooks. Really nice. They are not heavy in weight. Love love love. Nice eye appeal

I bought these to stick on the side of our hot tub to hang towels while we soak. I was skeptical about their hold power given that we were going to be using them outside in the elements. Our hot tub is covered but there is still exposure to moisture and humidity. These hooks haven't budged! They are also aesthetically pleasing while being inconspicuous at the same time. I like the sleek, understated profile...but best of all, THEY REALLY STICK!

Finally an adhesive hook that works. I’ve tried several but the VAEHOLD towel hooks really work. Be sure to align exactly where you want it because once you adhere it there will be no chance of rearranging it. That’s how strong it is. Holds wet beach towels coats bath towels etc. I highly recommend this product. I have them in every bath.

These are great little hooks - very sturdy and matches any modern/farmhouse look. Just know that there are only 2! in a pack even though the picture is labeled as a six pack.

Updated Review: I was incorrect and came back to give these a 5 star rating. I thought the base was white and not chrome, but alas, there was a peal off tape on the front to keep the chrome clean and scratch free. I had no idea, but once it was peeled off, the base is indeed chrome and quite lovely looking. Old Review: A little larger than I expected, but that was not too much of a problem. The only reason I am giving them 3 starts instead of 5 is that the base that attaches to the wall is NOT chrome looking. It is white and see through glass, which makes the holder look cheap. If the base were chrome, 100% would have given them 5 starts and ordered more. Sadly, I wouldn't order them again. They seem to hold well and hold some weight however, so up to you.

Using them in a closet for lightweight items. Love the look of these but the adhesive barely sticks on some of them. Had them up a couple days they are already coming off. Replacing with commander hooks as they come down. Probably would not buy again.
