I’ve been using the UPERFECT 2.5K QLED Portable Monitor (16”) as a second monitor for my desktop setup, and overall I’m very happy with it. The picture quality is excellent; sharp, vibrant, and a noticeable upgrade from standard portable displays. Setup was incredibly easy, and I really appreciate having a full-size HDMI port, which makes connecting to my desktop completely hassle-free. My only minor gripe is the included folio case. Since I don’t travel with the monitor, I would have preferred a built-in kickstand option. That said, UPERFECT does offer a separate stand (I simply didn’t pay close enough attention when ordering, so that one’s on me). I also want to highlight their customer service, which was outstanding. I reached out with a question and received a very quick and helpful response, and they guided me to the correct VESA mount stand for my setup with no issues. All in all, this has been a great addition to my desk. I’m very satisfied with the monitor’s performance and support, and I would absolutely recommend it to friends looking for a high-quality second display.

While this does not affect the product itself, it does leave a poor first impression. Quality Control The unit I received had uneven backlight in two small areas. It was not severe and did not significantly affect usability. After contacting customer support, I was told this is an occasional issue and I was compensated for. It is fair to say that quality control inconsistencies may occur, even if they are not common. Build Materials The plastic housing feels cheap, and the physical buttons are flimsy with poor tactile feedback. The overall feel is very “budget-oriented” and lacks refinement.
