It is one of the best purchases I have made for my house, my husband likes to be ready to receive visitors and to be able to offer a good cold drink, this machine makes ice in a short time, it really does it with a very good speed, it is very practical, easy to use and install, I personally really liked that it has the option to make ice with the water jars, it has very good manufacturing and storage capacity, I have not had any leaks so I can say that this machine is efficient and functional and that its price is worth everything.

Although it is capable of standing independently, the unit has been positioned under the counter in proximity to the home bar area. We held a gathering of family members on the first weekend that we tried it out. The event took place on the patio, and we had coolers, pitchers in the kitchen, and an ample supply of cold beverages that were passed about. There was a plentiful amount of ice available for the visitors to enjoy as soon as they came, since the machine had begun filling its storage container well before their arrival. The bin was consistently maintained at a comfortable level of stock as it continued to operate through consistent cycles throughout the whole evening. The ice maker continued to maintain a consistent speed even while multiple people were simultaneously filling glasses, shakers, and coolers with ice. It never fell behind in any situation. In practical use, the capacity means that I am able to fill a big cooler for outside usage and yet have enough product left in the container for beverages consumed indoors. On a normal day when we are not entertaining, I will open the bin in the afternoon and still find that there is a lot of ice left over from the morning. The machine is able to produce a certain amount of output on a daily basis, which makes me feel certain that if we decide to have a spontaneous party, I do not need to scurry about and get anything extra ready for the ice; as long as this unit has access to water and electricity, it will simply catch up.

This ice machine is not as described at all. Even if I had this thing plugged in outside in the attic circle, it is not producing 120lbs of ice in 24hrs. It will produce 4-8 lb bags. After it makes 8lbs of ice it is filled to the lever which then doesn’t allow any more ice to drop and therefore it stops producing so you have to watch it and empty it continuously. I did this and again only 4-8lb bags. By no means would this be considered a commercial ice maker, produce 120lbs in 24 hours, or hold anywhere near to 33 lbs of ice. It holds 8. I am NOT happy. I do not have the box. I would NEVER purchase this again as it was all lies. In fact I wouldn’t buy anything from this company at all since it was so grossly misleading.

I bought this for my big family because it seems like we are always running out of ice. Our fridge does make ice and we even bought 2 extra ice makers but we are still running out of ice. With this ice machine, I was able to eliminate our 2 extra ice makers and just mainly use this. I can fill my ice chest for work every day and still have some ice left over to pack for my day. The ice maker really does make a lot of ice and its been perfect to fill any cups, tumblers, big water bottles, ice chests and really anything that we need. We have this connected in our garage so we never really hear it but even while its running at night, still can't really hear it and my room is near our garage. This thing has been amazing and love the amount of ice that we get every day!

Ice seems wet. Seems to use alot of amps

I’ve been using this commercial ice maker for about a month now in our small cafe, and it’s been holding up better than expected. It kicks out 32 cubes every cycle, and depending on how hot the day is, it takes between 11 to 20 minutes—so we never really run out of ice, even during rush hour. The 25lb storage bin is a decent size and keeps the cubes from melting too fast thanks to the thick insulation. The stainless steel build feels solid and looks clean under the counter—we installed it easily, but it can also just sit freestanding if you don’t want to deal with setup. One of the coolest parts (pun intended) is the self-cleaning function. I just press the button and it does its thing, which saves me time and makes sure the ice stays fresh. The control panel is simple to figure out, with clear indicators and a timer I can set for overnight production. You can even tweak the ice size a little using the (+) and (-) buttons, which is a nice touch depending on what you’re serving. It’s also way quieter than I thought it would be—definitely not silent, but doesn’t compete with conversations or kitchen noise. The built-in blue light adds a clean look to the inside too. I’d recommend this to anyone who needs a steady ice supply without a lot of fuss—it just works.

Machine works well. However, ice comes out stuck together and it’s hard to separate.

A great investment, very quick set up and great ice quality

Came in perfect time! Dont need to worry about ice anymore :) its working great making an ice cube! Its a commercial one - its not a restaurant but use for the employees. Awesome

Is there a negative button? I ordered this machine and the filter hoses and the fitting are so small it didn't fit on any sink or washing machine outlets. I had to buy a shower head rod adapter in order for it to work in my laundry sink. That was just the start. After I got it all hooked up it seemed to work great. However after about 30min of ut being on I went to my basement which had now flooded due to the hose connection on the filter popping off consistently. I emailed and asked for a work around or new filter etc. There is no work around or replacement parts. Thankfully I was home and the damage was minimal but not worth the hassal or money. Do not buy this machine! I was told just to return the machine to Amazon and find a different And yes all pictures were sent to the supplier.

This is a pretty nice ice machine, more fit for large entertaining areas or in a commercial setting with a lower capacity. This machine makes the ice and dump it out into the bin below, but keep aware the bin below is not cooled, only cooled by the ice that gets put in it so well this machine does make ice fairly quickly and dump it into the bin initially, the ice will melt pretty quickly as well until it has time to build up some mass and volume. If you’re able to keep emptying this bin as it fills up, that will give you the best performance there’s no way it holds 25 pounds of ice inside it ready to go. It holds about 3 pounds of ice inside it. Once you emptied it out it automatically starts making new ice again to fill up the void and well it does pop the soap pretty quick every five minutes or so if you were using this in a high pace commercial environment, there’s no way it would keep up. More suited for personal use large gatherings or events like that that don’t have to serve hundreds of guests. I like the machine I think it works well but definitely know what you’re getting into when you purchase this one it also requires a fixed waterline either from the wall or through a pump system. A+, I think it’s a great icemaker.
