Should have listened to the comments! Bought this bike for my son for Christmas. Everything started out great and my son loved it. Unfortunately, things took a quick turn for the worse. I reached out to customer service for support regarding the oil. I was initially given the run around. After connecting with multiple different reps I was never given a real answer. One said mix gas and oil, one said absolutely do not mix gas nd oil, one said the bike didn't need oil, another agreed noting it only needed gas. This was confusing as the bike has a gas tank and an oil tank and also came with oil initially (but the only label on the oil was "oil"). Nothing, not even the manual, stated what type of oil to use. An Amazon rep said any would work. So you mean to tell me olive oil would do the job? I think not! Anyways... after all that and only a few rides the whole braking system came off the bike and won't go back on. It has just been a nightmare! After many attempts to get the situation resolved the seller offered a refund upon a return of the bike. They provided me with a return label and stated I ship the bike back in the original shipping container... being as I ordered the bike before Christmas... I have, for obvious reasons, already disposed of the box. I now have absolutely no idea how to even get the bike to a store for return and have no box to return it in. I am far from happy with the product and service. Would not recommend! Please head my warning! Select a different brand!

Great learner dirt bike for young kids. My 8 yr old loves it and doesn’t ever want to get off it. The bike is built quite durable and is very fast for such a small bike. I was able to get up to 21 mph with me riding it and I’m 5’ 10” and weigh 190 lbs. I highly recommend this for a kid looking to get there feet wet in the world of gas dirt bikes.

Bought this product for my son for Christmas and it does not work. Upon trying to crank it the motor sounds tore up! Amazon does not accept returns on this and you cannot contact the company. Please save your money.

My son opened this up on Christmas and it has been a BLAST for my 9 year old. Although assembling was a bit tough.. but worth it

Was easy to put together. Immediately had trouble with the pull start but customer service was very good and Immediately sent me a replacement. Bike is running good so far.

The pull starter broke right away. I was able to fix, but broke again while we were out on a ride leaving us stranded. The build quality is what you'd expect but I took a chance on it thinking it would be an ok learner bike. But when the handle bars become loose mid ride it ended up being a safety issue over poor workmanship.

This is a great bike my son loves it. Very easy to assemble had no issues rides it every day. Im 170 lbs and it even held my weight Very satisfied so is my son
