Great product, excellent customer service.
Nice machine. Had an issue that I required customer service. You always worry when you have to test a companies customer service these days. Have no fear with this company and people like Albert. Excellent customer service. This was a good purchase and would not hesitate to use them again.

Monitor is difficult to set up
Just got mine today, the pc turns on and the light up is cool, however, the monitor is not registering the HDMI signal and instantly goes to power saving mode before I can hit the monitor menu button. It’s probably a me thing and will update this review when I actually get the dang thing to work. Took it to local computer repair shop and was told I should return it, that this is a waste of money.

Some items don't match pc needs
Just opened and setup to get ready for Christmas. This is a replacement for an older laptop being used now. Everything looks clean and was packed well BUT when I assembled the monitor and went to plug in cables I was sent an HDMI cable for the monitor to PC which was nice EXCEPT this pc doesn't have any HDMI ports!! Luckily I have 15pin video cables from an 18yr career in IT. I just wish people would pay attention when packing items for Each pc.
