This is a Solid Case, definitely do not have to worry about your pen or needles falling out. Making this case Ideal to use travel with. It's even convenient for at home use. As it highly visible, easy to find as it does not look like a typical case. It is heavy grade material which is sure to help with temperature fluctuation when out. Convenience of the needle holders are ideal when jeeping your used needles from getting lost or in the wrong hands. A very functional case you will find is no other. A great value for the money.

Wonderfully handy! I got this as a stocking stuffer for my husband who has type 1 diabetes. But it was also a gift for me, because he always tosses his loose insulin pen into my bag. It drives me crazy bcuz then the needle part breaks off or lid comes off and stabs me. This secures his pen and his needle tops. It is also a good way to not lose your insulin pen. Good value, good idea. Everyone with t1d should get one.

Compact and convenient case. I don’t need the cooling feature and since the case is plastic, I really doubt it keeps the pen insulated and cool anyway. It holds one pen and four needles. The needles slide into a fitted slot so if you pull out the needle tray, they won’t fall out. Same for the pen with fits snugly in place.

I went back to MDI from an insulin pump. This little case is amazing for keeping everything organized. I just throw it in my purse when I'm leaving the house. No, it doesn't keep them cold. I don't even keep the pen I'm using cold so no biggie for me. Correct, it has no place for alcohol pads. Easy enough to keep those in my purse. This is a great product if you are looking for something for your quick acting insulin. It would not be ideal for someone wanting to use it for extended travel.

This insulin cooler is so compact & easy to fill with your needles all tucked in the side and ready to grab & use. Love the lilac color. Keeps everything safe & close at hand. The needles slide into a little ridge to keep them from falling out. Great device to keep your insulin pen & needles safe and together. Love this!

Excellent product! The prescription pen is held securely and doesn't rattle. The needles are quite secure though the used ones tend to come out when the needle dispenser is pulled out. I guess the used needle has less packaging and doesn't fit as securely. I didn't notice the "cooler" aspect.
