Works very well and helps my feet feel better when I’ve been on my feet all day.

Wife broke her ankle. This bath provides necessary warm flowing water she needs to help with inflammation and stiffness. Has heat controls, deep well pockets and adjustable flow.

It may well be that I simply don't have much experience with these things or anything related to foot care/pedicures in general, but this thing is pretty great. The water movement and automatic heating is nice and having motorized massagers is definitely a win. It's easy to set up and great to use with only a few minor caveats. First, and this may just be my preference, the basin is narrow and requires you to keep your knees close together (like damn near touching) in order to make sure your feet are flat on the massagers. This may not sound like a big deal but I know I don't normally sit like that so I ended up getting a belt to keep my legs close without having to consciously put effort into it. It wasn't terrible, but a wider basin would make this a non-issue. Second, the remote is great but you have to have it right next to the basin for it to work. I mean RIGHT next to it. Holding it above my waist meant that the remote wouldn't register. I had to put my hand all the way down by my legs to get it to work. Third, they should have the temperature display on the top, outside of the water. Once the bubbles are going and definitely if you use any sort of Epsom salt, you can't see what that display says at the bottom of the basin. Lastly, they need a drain or something to ensure that the water completely drains out of the basin. Obviously with the pump cycling the water through the heater, some water remains in the lines and I can only imagine that this will eventually lead to mold and mildew over time. A drain on the bottom would really aid in getting as much water out as possible. Overall, a great product that I'm happy to have.

This is so uncomfortable when you activate the massage aspect. If you just want to soak your feet in hot water - good buy, but probably not worth the cost.

DOES NOT HAVE VIBRATION! I bought this since it had everything I wanted but it was too good to be true. The seller claims it has vibration but it DOES NOT! It does have motorized massage, heat to temp & red light. All in all it is a really good foot bath for a great price. Massaging has 3 modes slowest speed, slightly faster speed & one speed reverse. Collapsible is great feature for space saving. MUST operate from remote for most things so don’t misplace it. Only thing missing is a drain tube which would be nice so you don’t have to lift full of water to empty it. That can be challenging whether you empty in a tub or sink you still have to lift it somewhat. I would give it 4 stars if the info in it were accurate.

It's really convenient to flatten and store this foot bath. Also the remote is a smart touch. So far no complaints, used twice but would recommend.

Oh my goodness this thing feels amazing. As I age it seems like my feet need more and more attention and this foot spa really does the trick. It really helps for foot fatigue after a long day of being on my feet. It also does a great job of relieving some of the nerve pain in my feet. I like that it’s collapsible since I have a very small bathroom and lots of stuff in it. Still, I can collapse this spa and slip it into my cabinet no problem. I am extremely happy about the heated water feature so that I don’t end up with cold water because of my tile floors cooling down the water. The rollers feel amazing and the pumice stone does a good job at keeping my feet smooth and callous free. I have some wonderful herbal foot soaks that are a perfect match for the spa. The remote control is easy to operate and has its own little place on the top of the spa to hold the remote. I’m not quite sure what would happen, if I was to lose the remote, since that is the only way to control the spa. Otherwise, I feel that this spa is an excellent value for the price. I am truly happy with this choice and I highly recommend giving this spa a try or gifting it to someone who could use a good treat for their feet.
