I received this product on 12/23/2025. So far it works as advertised. I read the 1 star reviews before I bought it. There were a lot siting getting an error message after a few weeks to a month. For that reason I read the manual cover to cover A couple things stood out as possible issues the 1 star reviewers may have encountered. 1. Manual says don't pack the material in the container or overflow it. 2. Manual says the unit needs 6 inch clearance around it. 3. If you have bigger harder or more fibrous pieces of material, you should cut it down into smaller pieces. I never pack the material in. I cut everything down into dice size pieces, and I make sure there is nothing closer than 6 inches on all 4 sides of it before operating. I'm not giving this a 5 star because it's an amazing machine. I'm giving it a 5 star because as of now, it's doing EXACTLY what it advertises.

This is not odorless at all but the final result of the compost is great. Sadly, after just 4 months, it stopped working. I can’t even find a contact phone number or email to the company to help address this issue. If it would have lasted longer and if I was able to receive customer support, I would have rated this higher because it was great when it worked.

Fantastic little product. Turning my scraps into compost is a game changer for me. I don't feel guilty about not eating left-overs and my plants are much more vibrant. I fill the basket up as needed then turn the unit on when full. It's quiet and odorless, except for cabbage, which gives off a faint odor. The compost is dry to the touch and easy to handle.

The owners of this product have incredible customer service sense. I purchased this composter and a few months later is failed to work properly. Scrapes were not breaking down as when I first used the composter. I emailed the customer service site and they wanted pictures and a detail of what happened. After a few days I received a reply that gave me 2 options. A full refund or another identical model of what I had purchased before. I chose another identical composters. This time carefully REREAD the instructions and I intend to follow the letter of ine instructions. I will let you know if it fails again. I am confident it will do fine.

The composter works well and is easy to use, however the place where the charcoal is held is made of plastic and it melted. I cannot replace the charcoal to keep the process from stinking. I will continue to use it but I put it on my back porch so it doesn't stink up my kitchen.

This is my third attempt at a composter and I think for the money, this might be the winner. Pros: Small bucket, very quiet, sleek design, very simple to use and clean, relatively inexpensive compared to others like Lomi, no proprietary filter to stop odors, just need charcoal pellets which can be purchased from a variety of sources. Cons: Time will tell, these things usually stop working after 2 years or less---so I can't speak to the future. Bucket maybe too small for a family greater than 2.

I bought this in Aug. It worked well until the 30 days were up and I couldn't return it. Now it gives me an error code 01 and does not work anymore. I'm going to try customer service tomorrow and see what they say. When it worked the compost was great. Waste of money but it's not available anymore anyway.

This is such a great product. It’s small and sleek enough not to feel cluttered on the countertop, but powerful enough to be incredibly proficient in breaking down food scraps. The sound of the fan while it runs is not unnoticeable, but it’s not loud by any means. I am pleasantly surprised. It’s better than expected for the cost.
