I absolutely love this rechargeable and portable heated massager! The different intensity levels and modes make it perfect for working on different joints of my body and I love that I control whether or not I want heat. The fact that it’s rechargeable is amazing and you aren’t tied to a wall plug! It has helped ease my low back pain and also helps to loosen muscles knots in my neck that causes severe headaches! I am so glad I settled on this particular product.

Update 08/14/25: The company reached out and offered a replacement massager. The new unit works much better than the original massager. It lasts about 15 minutes longer, and doesn't stall out when I lean in for deeper pressure. The charging time is better as well. I am very impressed with the customer service of this company. I bought this to replace my last massager that had failed (the mesh part came apart). This one had great reviews, so I gave it a try. The massage function isn't as firm as my last one, and it feels like it is hard to keep in the right place. I don't find the relief from pain that I did with previous last massager. Part of the problem is also that the battery only lasts about 30 minutes and takes hours to charge. Otherwise, the build seems good. The mesh area seems strong, and is a comfortable material. If you only need it for a short massage, and don't like your massage to be very firm, this may be a good unit for you.

Works well - wish it was a bit smaller for travel purposes.

I highly recommend! I came across this product while searching for something that will help with pain and soreness from a pinched nerve in my neck. It has definitely given me relief and I was able to stop taking pain medication after a few uses. It is easy to use and charges pretty fast. The quality is great for the price I paid.

DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP! I fully charged it and it only lasted for 15 minutes. I thought maybe I didn't charge it all the way so I charged it even longer, until the charge light went off, and it STILL cut out after 15 minutes. I hit the heat button and there was no indication that it was even on, it barely got warm. We read the manual that came with it AND IT'S PROGRAMMED TO SHUT OFF AFTER 15 MINUTES!!! That's such a load of crap. There is no way is a safety measure, it never got warmer than body temperature and 15 minutes of a massage is not dangerous when people get hour long massages all the time. This product sucks, this company sucks, do not buy this product.

Battery life is unreliable, with no meter to show how much run time might be remaining and no ability to run on wall-power. Works great when it wants to work, but it's always a gamble whether it'll give you ten minutes or two. That said, customer service was fantastic. If they update this in the future with an upgraded battery system, I'd probably buy it.

I have been using it consistently. It’s been as great as people describe it here. It’s great at working through the tight spots, knots. I like to move it around, including to the right and left on my back to make sure all spots are worked through. Thank you for a great product! I hope it lasts!

For those who like a firm back/shoulder massage, I found you need to half-lie on it and adjust positioning to how you like it. It is good then, however, not as convenient as I would like. Not enough pressure if just draped around you shoulders or even velcroed into position. However, for the price it is worth it. Doesn't come with an adaptor, but if you have your general assortment of laptops/phones/headphones etc tech, you probably will have the right adaptor in your collection. Build quality was decent. Am 1 week into using it.

I’ve been shackled to my computer doing research, and for months I’ve been getting a bit of massage relief from a tennis ball in a pillow case that I put between my chair and my back. It’s great, cheap way to really get into back muscles. However, there was no way to get the shoulders and neck massaged. I was so tight in those areas and have visited osteopath and masseuse for help. I saw this in a celebrity Instagram post and the celebrity (Kristin Bell filmed by her hubby) looked blissed out. That plus the low price got me interested in this device. It’s excellent. After the first two massages I felt sore and bruised (in a good way). I’ve been doing three sessions a day now and just feel looser and more pliable, and I feel a huge difference in range of motion. I can turn my head further and I don’t have that tension between my shoulder blades that I’ve been accustomed to. Next week I visit my osteopath, and I’ll see what she says about whether this device is helping with my neck and shoulder issues. I think it is. I feel I can stand straighter with my shoulders pulled back more comfortably. I truly look forward to each session with this device. I’m very careful about only doing one session at a time to heed the overheat warning. I want this thing to last!! My aunt has a chair massager that I considered, but the design of this one really makes shoulder massage possible in ways that other devices like hers can’t. You can control how firm the pressure is just by pulling out releasing with you arms. Very clever. Excellent purchase. Excellent value.
