Ascent Native Fuel Whey Protein Powder - Chocolate Peanut Butter Chocolate Peanut Butter - 4 lbs (1.8 kg)

I purchased this protein powder a couple years ago and was obsessed with it. It was so good that I would often go lift weights just because I was craving the protein so much (peanut butter chocolate). I was really looking for a good protein without all of the junk ingredients that most other protein powders have. I bought some more this winter and was surprised to find that they added soy to it. I still decided to buy it because I loved the flavor so much and it still had better ingredients than others. I’ve been drinking it consistently (twice a week) since I got it in the winter and have noticed some chunks of something at the bottom of my bottle every time. Today while drinking it I got 3-4 large chunks in my mouth of what I assume is soy (not sure because I didn’t have this problem before). It looked almost like if you broke a coffee bean in half and threw in a couple in my shake. The chunks were very sticky and didn’t taste good. Not happy about that and I still have half of the bag left, I hope the rest is chunk free but I doubt it will be. Disappointed in the changes they made to this product.

The last two bags I got the ziplock closure at the top didn’t work. This bag has the seam separating on the side. So 1-Star for packaging. The powder itself dissolves great and the chocolate peanut butter tastes great. So giving it 3-stars.

Best tasting protein I have ever had. Especially with Milk.
