This life is too pretty for what it's intended for. Have yet to use it for the intended use. But I have used it. The quality is top notch as it is razor sharp and hold an edge perfectly. The price was great and it fits your hand extremely well as you slice up meat. Definitely it will be one of my favorite knives soon as I harvest something. Has 2025 was a skunker.

Unfortunately not very sharp and rusted within a few days. Pretty though!

Light weight and sharpness on point to trim the meats I need.

The quality of this knife is horrible. The bronze/copper on the handle was chipping on arrival. If you want anything close to quality, this is not the knife for you. Very cheaply made product.

The handle looks cheap but. It’s still a solid knife. I bought a second one so I can have one as a kitchen knife and another in my kitchen tool area. These are extremely sharp right out of the box.
