Music will play but phone calls don't work. Is this what is supposed to happen or is it a bad pair?

Bad pair or maybe your phone settings. I know i had my settings where a phone call with them in would automatically answer and give me no option to decline or let it keep ringing and go to voicemail. Hope this helps
