Wow, this is a quality winch for your Jeep Wrangler or truck. Comes in a waterproof heavy duty waxed box. Has a gear ratio of 218/1. Excellent Torq! Everything is packaged adequately, a place for everything. The winch is all assembled except the negative battery cable you need to install. Winch works great with plug in controller or one of the remotes which you’ll need to supply batteries for. Has standard 4 bolts that need installed with a winch steel plate sold separately or bumper compliant. The nylon rope is quality made and size perfect shall you need it. Winch work so far I haven't had the chance to use in real world but I it's fell strong and steady and well made I very happy with the price as well highly recommended

This is a great product for the price and fit perfectly on my Chevrolet 2500 HD truck. The installnwss easy and the instructions were good. The unit came with two working remotes and got me out of two mud situations with ease. I wish it came with a cover but other than that this products rivals other 12000 pound winches.

Wired it wrong to begin with and was very upset when I thought it didn’t work. Did some more research in troubleshooting and I got it right now. Seems to work great. Really like the fact that the clutch housing is rotatable. Hides well behind my bumper and can reach clutch knob easily despite being tucked away (EDIT: after having it installed on my 2022 4Runner for a year now, I finally got the chance to use it this winter. Pulled a Subaru Forester and an F350 Dooley out of the ditch up here in Alaska this winter with little issue. As far as I’m concerned, with tow truck prices these days, the witch has already paid for itself. )
