Replacement for older light and I love it! This gives great light over the pool table and the room. The only issue I had with it is the wires that go from the lamp itself to the ceiling. The wires follow the chains and I had to weave those wires between the links. That took a long time. In the end it looks great and was worth the extra effort I put in.

Worked out perfectly for my new man room. Even better with a dimmer switch installed.

Most of the assembly is pretty easy and straight forward with the most challenging part being the part where you thread the electrical wires through one of the 6” hollow threaded rods. As you can tell from the photos, two electrical boxes are required for mounting; one is active and the other is inactive, serving to hold the light in a balanced position. The height of the light is adjustable with the chain length so you can use it in many rooms. I will be using this as a secondary light over a foosball table. FYI: the lights tested well and reflect a lot of light. I do think the light is a bit overpriced but it will serve me well.

Acquiring a new pool table necessitated getting a special light to complete the look. Friends were downsizing, and being empty-nesters, they were giving away their beautiful slate pool table. We almost didn't take it, because it involved carrying it up a flight of narrow steps from their downstairs family room. With the help of an army of our son's friends, the table made it up the stairs and to its new home with no mishaps. And it is gorgeous! Thus this equally beautiful pool table light fixture that complements the table nicely. The installation was very easy; since we were replacing another fixture, the wiring was already in place. It does help to have two people, since the width of the light bar makes it awkward for one. What a great effect the finished product has on the look of the whole area.

This light is awesome in our gaming space. The black finish matches our pool table and looks modern. It is very light weight and easy to hang. The chain was ample to get the lighting well situated over the table. The materials and finish are good quality. The assembly was easy enough, though a little more than I expected when initially ordering. Still, it only took a few minutes. The light is perfect to finish our gaming area. It disapates the shadows on the table and makes play so much more enjoyable. We had a party this weekend after we installed it and got many compliments on the light.
