When you try to return them UPS says it’ll cost $200 with the printed label the seller gives you. So then I chat desertcart and customer service says they wrote to the seller and the seller will send me a prepaid return. That didn’t happen. I buy one size smaller to replace the original pair. 1st takes a month to receive. 2nd they send me women’s size that obviously doesn’t fit. This company is a joke. Now I’m stuck with two pairs of flip flops which neither fits. Unbelievable.
