1ヶ月使用した感想です。届いてすぐ使用した時の切れ味は正直イマイチでしたが、砥石で研ぎ直してみるとシャープな切れ味になりました。2週間に一度軽く研磨しています。素材はいいので今は気に入ってます。届いた当初は研磨不足だったようですね。
