This is an amazing value! Package came in great condition and the bag of food was much larger than I had expected. This is my eclectic parrot’s favorite pellet food! He can’t get enough! I will definitely be purchasing from this seller again!

Exactly what I wanted and delivered on time

As is mentioned in many of the other reviews, this product is a very important life sustaining form of nourishment for birds, in our case large macaws and cockatoos. We depend on it for daily feeding and order often. However, twice in a row, within days of each, we have received bags that were not completely sealed (see video) and the food was spilled into the shipping container. We don’t know if this food is safe or not because it was not completely sealed. From close examination, it looks like Zupreme is changing the packaging and the sealing machine might not be working properly? In any case, we need to be able to depend on the food and the packaging would like to know this is being addressed. In this case, they were 10 lb bags and around $60 a piece. Please respond.

I’ve bought this many times before but this time the pellets were significantly smaller and more suitable for a cockatiel. Not sure if zupreem changed their sizes up or if this was bagged incorrectly
