Bought this as had a flea infestation in my home. I have used it on the carpets, windows, bedding, vinyl floors and upholstery. It's very easy to use, fairly lightweight so you can carry it about while using for instance on the stairway or in the car. It really does feel like it's sanitising and it's certainly a lot safer and healthier to keep doing this than using chemicals. The flea infestation has dramatically reduced but as fleas can hop on a dog on daily walks, I don't know where they are still coming from but it's certainly has helped and is a very good quality and good value product which I think is well worth having and lives up to the reviews too. Do yourself a favour and get one as it's a great way to freshen up your upholstery, beds, pillows, cushions, curtains, carpets and even surfaces like doors, windows and tiles . Really pleased

Plenty of safety features and settings, allowing safe and controlled use. Results beyond my expectations. A good strong steamer with a lot of replacement, yet I have my doubts about its durability

This is a great , lightweight and ergonomic piece of kit, comes with lots of attachments and cloths and a carpet attachment You can lock the steam trigger so you can just steam away without holding it down It’s super easy to use and not fiddly like other steamers I’ve owned, I’ve steamed my floors, bathroom tiles and toilet so far and I’m very impressed with the dirt it’s got rid of You can even carry it around with you with the strap provided I highly recommend!

Way overpriced. Be aware that the handle gets very hot so they have supplied a safety glove...... it's an oven glove for a child lol. I used it to clean my wifes cooker and oven, it failed miserably which is not what you want for the price paid. It is good for a quick steam clean but will struggle big time for deeper cleans. I do not recommend this product at all. The one thing i am realising now is that amazon has been flooded with Chinesium products so i am now having to be even more careful with purchasing from this site.

This is a good unit at a fair price. Used it on a mattress and carpet, in combination with traps and bug bombs and managed to irradicate the bed bugs
