I was shocked to see that this 20ft cable actually connected to my UAD Apollo X8Ps! I have 3 Apollos daisy-chained and this cable works with no issues. Much much cheaper than a corning TB3 cable. 20ft was enough for me (cable goes through the wall to the computers up in attic). Able to get a completely silent recording environment. Very pleased.

Strong, fast, durable, good investment!

Tried to use it for USB-C to USB-C audio - lots of static on the audio. Tried to use it for USB-C to USB-C for a device connection - computer couldn't recognize the device. I'm sure it's good for something, but it's junk to me.

I think the cost is a little high for what it is, particularly from a brand that doesn't have the sort of established history that some other brands have. BUT, my limited testing has me pretty happy with this cable. Even at its length, I was getting comparable transfer speeds with the original one foot long cable that came with my Other World Computing Express 1M2 40Gbps USB4 SSD enclosure with a 4TB Samsung 990 Pro in it. Test was done using the same Thunderbolt 5 port on my Mac Studio and the same 64GB data sample. The lower spec cable plus the extra length should have had a more noticeable impact on transfer speeds than it did, so, again, I'm pretty happy with it. For keeping cable clutter down, I try to use the shortest cables I can, so I won't be replacing my OWC cable with this one, but when I need a 6 foot cable, I need a 6 foot cable. I haven't done anything to stress the power capacity of the cable as I don't have anything to stress it with. The only power task I've thrown at it so far is charging my iPhone and that's a pretty easy task for a cable. I also didn't try the video capacity. It's a bit of a pain to swap out the USB-C video cable on the back of my 43" monitor and it's not something I need this cable for, so I didn't bother. Considering the data performance I was getting, I expect that it'd be just as good as the USB-C cable that Dell included with the monitor though. That's just a guess, but I think it's a reasonable one. The build quality of the cable feels really good. The connectors feel solid, feel good in hand, and are easy to grip to insert and remove. The cable thickness is what I expected for the data and power specs. A little on the stiff side, but not out of line with what cables like this tend to be. The braiding has a nice feel to it, though it could be a bit softer. Overall, I'm glad I got this cable and will consider it again if I need another such cable soon.

Works well. We use it for streaming with our obsbot ptz cameras. It’s hooked up from the camera to the laptop using OBS as our preferred software. No issues.
