I like this kind of avocado oil for cooking, the reason that have to buy it again. It’s a healthy choice for me.

I have researched and found that expeller pressed oils are the best oils to consume and also to apply topically. Cold/expeller pressed oils retain the nutritional properties and health benefits that would otherwise be damaged by being exposed to heat. They also contain valuable bio-active substances that are not present in refined oils. I compared the prices of refined, heat processed oils to this one and this gallon size is even cheaper! I chose avocado oil as it has no aftertaste and I can put it on anything, sandwiches, pasta, soup, my coffee, chili and even ice cream! Avocado oil has many benefits, similarly to olive oil, in that it lubricates arteries and can delay/help prevent artery disease, but I have to take it regularly to get these benefits and this miracle oil (with no aftertaste) allows me to do that. With olive oil it was a chore, with this...a joy I checked the other products and this has the best value for the price Perfectly described and advertised. Was able to find them fast :) Very high quality Very impressed

I like cooking with avocado oil, it tolerates high heat, has a mild taste, and is known to be healthy. Recommend.

This is the best deal on avocado oil I have found and the oil is awesome! The big discount box stores sell the oil cheap but they are never consistent with inventory. I no longer have to wait for them to have it in stock because I just have this on auto-ship! Don't hesitate if you use this type of oil for just about everything like we do in our house.

Clean... It seems like just the thing I was hoping for, no smoke and seems very clean even after a couple of weeks almost, using it several times for fries and chicken. No bad taste from the oil yet. Healthy.
