I was excited to try this, but there is a clear lack of directions on how to use it. Do you mix it with something, just eat it, or what? I had several that had opened during transit, so I am a bit hesitant to use them. This is a great concept, but I wish there were directions. This seems like a good mix of ingredients, but I would check with your doctor before trying it. I have it 4 stars, because well it is a great name, concept, and I chocolate.

Don’t be deceived. These do not work. Bought both for men and women. My husband and I felt nothing.
