I never owned a smart watch due to the price, I had a FitBit when they first came on the market years ago but it stopped working, so since that time I did not invest in anything else. I would always track my steps with my phone but if my phone wasn’t on my person I had no idea how many steps I actually take in any given day. I decided to purchase this watch and I’m very happy with it and the price was great. It’s easy to use and the set up was quick and problem free after downloading the app via the QR code provided. There are many, many interfaces you can have on it, almost too many to scroll through but I love that since I can change the look anytime I want to. You can even customize it with your photos which is great! So here’s what you get for the money: 1- Easy set up with many interface options 2- Step counter 3- Body temperature 4- Blood oxygen level 5- Blood pressure at any given time as well as an average 6- Heart rate 7- Sports tracker 8- Weight tracker - Calories burned 9- Sleep tracker (I LOVE this since sleep tracking was never something the FitBit I had did) … and yes, I found out I don’t sleep much! LOL 10- Distance in miles 11- Family health/water intake tracker and a few others but all are optional to what you want to be able to view … 12- Email/text/call notifications I love the mauve-ish color, it’s comfortable to wear, it’s just enough for me but not too much. So far so good. I would recommend to friends and family. I have included some of the face options in photos ….

This watch is excellent and very affordable. I compared the BP reading to my cuff BP monitor and it was accurate! It tracks sleep, BP, steps, temperature, and more! The charge lasts 3 or more days, it's simple to use and is comfortable to wear not to bulky etc. I love that it shows a graph of your data, it's tracking continuously throughout your day so after a couple of days you'll have a good average of BP and sleep. Honestly this was one of the top buys I've made so far! Budget friendly and a great product!

Was easy to figure out. Was a gift for my kiddo who has been wanting a watch. They appreciate the bonus features of the fitness tracking and sleep tracking. Not entirely sure those are all that accurate. But we will see with a bit more use.

This is an affordable and functional smartwatch that includes a heart rate monitor, blood pressure tracking, pedometer, sleep monitoring, and more. I loved its color it’s beautiful! Ideal for those who want to keep track of their daily activity without spending too much. Comfortable, easy to use, and with a good battery life (5–7 days), it’s an excellent option if you’re looking for a budget friendly and practical device to monitor your daily physical activity and basic health stats. Perfect for active people looking to improve their lifestyle without breaking the bank.

I REALLY wanted this to work, but it’s just junk. All the finish on the buckle & wristband wore off within a couple weeks and the sleep & step trackers are not at all accurate! I folded laundry and gained hundreds of steps! More than once, I was up all night, and it recorded a full night of sleep, going in and out of REM sleep! Also, after the first 2 weeks, it stopped showing me texts. It was still syncing to my phone, said I should be seeing my texts, but I wasn’t. Not even worth $28!
