Yummy and gluten free
Such a yummy dessert and love it's gluten free. Defrosts quickly so if you forget it in the freezer, you won't have to wait long to have some! Love the almondy sponge texture and the daim pieces on top give a lovely crunch.

OMG Gorgeous gluten-free chocolate caramel heaven
This is my favourite go-to gluten-free dessert. I buy one every time I shop and it lasts me a couple of weeks so although a bit pricey for a desert it's well worth it as you get 4 or more servings. I like to eat it frozen straight from the freezer with a teaspoon. The taste is pure divine with a crisp crunchy chocolate top over layers of caramel and cream with a biscuit-like base. Yum yum yum.
