I bought this is July & last month one side stimulator has stopped working. I have contacted Pulsetto via their website twice for faulty products in warranty & I’ve had no response! If your customer service reads this please can you contact me so that I can get this replaced or refunded!!

The science behind this is solid but for this particular device less so which was my experience. When I could get it into the right position it worked, you can believe the hype. However, I had to hold it in place otherwise it would cause facial muscles to contract and was uncomfortable even on a low setting. I will say it definitely lessened my headaches and post workout aches, and I did feel relaxed using it. My HRV also improved and resting heart rate dropped. I’m convinced by the science, just not this device.
