My oldest son (26) was born with a ureter obstruction. His right kidney is twice the normal size. Waiting to be either repaired or removed. In the mean time, since taking this along with cranberry juice, he is able to urinate more frequently instead of retaining so much. It's annoying for him getting up to pee more but mama is happy. Very pleased with this product!

The first time I took one of this caplets I was burping much of the day from the fish oil. On the second try I made sure to eat more and drink plenty of water and did not have the same results. Hoping this multi-vitamin has a positive affect on my labs.
