It broke 2 months after I bought it; every time I step on it, it shows a different, completely unrelated weight. I don’t know if it has a service center or if it can be repaired.

This is a good scale. I took a star off because it was showing a body fat of 2% as I had logged in with my historical account. Nothing I could do would change this and so I decided to create a new account and the readings became more in-line. Other than that a well built scale

Unfortunately, the unit of measurement is only lb, not accepting Kg. Return window is only 15 days.I bought it then travelled for 30 days when I came back it was beyond return period

I only ordered it on the 30th if october. Not even a month old and its broken. The handle string isnt going back in. Also its not accurate as the data on a professional device at the gym is very different.

Completely useless - faulty and gives inaccurate readings. Reads 3.8kg when I’m not even standing on it.

Measurements are inaccurate for body composition. Cross compared to another scale more professional scale and the value of Body fat except weight was totally off. How do they even sell? Item returned

Retractable handle broke after 2 weeks and no longer goes back in place... The data this scale gives is way off from reality, and is more useless than useful. Way too overpriced for what it is.

I used it every week 1 time only !! Almost one month then not working only BMR showed ?! if i use it 2 times in a row its give me 1 KG more !! Working only for few weeks , cant rufend now

This works so much better than my old scale. It accurately reflects fat better than the old model. All it's measurements in the app are very useful. I am a slightly over weight 58 year old male who is excercising and working to get my weight down. So NOT an athlete and so far this has nailed what I am very accurately. I did take the time to do all the body measurements in the app though which likely helps it figure things out better. My old scale consistently said I was 30% body fat and this one is reflecting the more accurate 23-24% I am actually at. It also is reflecting my muscle mass more accurately at 128lbs versus 118lbs on the old scale.

Just amazing. Easy to use and set up on a mobile phone. Very complete and easy to understand the results. My clients love to receive their results in their emails. Just so you're aware: it doesn't work properly on carpets; you must use it on flat floors. Amazing value for money.

endlich zufrieden. habe Renpho. sie ist preiswert & ok, aber auf die Dauer mir nicht genau & vertrauenswürdig genug: nach 1 Jahr stell ich fest, dass dasselbe gewicht stets auch dieselbe zusammensetzung — muskeln, fett, knochen, wasser — erzeugt. da stimmt was nicht, denk ich. also hab ich Withings Body Scan bestellt. sie ist quasi die teuerste & grundsätzlich gut ausgedacht, aber die Kopplung funktioniert leider kaum bis gar nicht. dazu hab ich eine extra-Rezension geschrieben. und, übrigens, der Kundendienst (von Apple) meldete sich erst, als das gerät schon längst zurückgeschickt und -erstattet war. mit der etwas trägen Frage, ob ich nicht mal über die Probleme mit der Withings chatten möchte… dann hab ich LePulse versucht. in dem glauben, sie sei französisch. preiswert war sie auch, im Vergleich mit Withings, aber leider mit China-App. das geht natürlich gar nicht. nicht für mich, jedenfalls. und nun diese Arboleaf aus Texas. sie funktioniert recht genau, koppelt — über Bluetooth — stets sofort mit der gut gestalteten App. bei der auch die kostenlose Version reichlich sinnvolle Daten liefert. natürlich — noch zufriedener geht immer. wenn mir die App vielleicht zukünftig auch die Durchflußgeschwindigkeit durch meine Blutgefäße und somit die Gefäßgesundheit mitteilen könnte (so wie die Withings Bodyscan), dann wär es natürlich super… und es scheint beim Stand der Technik auch gar keine Raketenwissenschaft mehr zu sein. also hoffe ich, geduldig.

Another great product from Arboleaf. I've been using their products for several years. I wanted to upgrade my scale and this was the right choice. I compared my weight on this scale and my old Arboleaf scale. They were exact! That's how accurate it is. Super easy to set up, just pair with your phone and you're all set. It gives you a comprehensive health summary through the app which is my favorite feature. If you're looking for a scale that offers accurate body composition readings, this is it!

Bilancia dal design minimal. Semplice e veloce da usare, ottima app. Meglio se non ha la batteria al litio ricaricabile, perché almeno non si rischia di buttarla quando diverrebbe esausta la cellula della stessa. Verificato più volte il peso ed è coerente nei vari risultati. Prezzo giusto e concorrenziale. Avevo provato la Withing da 380,00€ e l'ho restituita, in quanto caotica e con problemi nelle misurazioni. Ottimo prodotto questo per me!
