This product works well to help eliminating however I got cramps on day 3 pretty badly

this gave me really bad diarrhea and extremely bad cramps, I was up half the night after taking them before bed with sweating and really bad cramping

I ordered the name brand Rosabella. I noticed there was at least one other brand which seemed like it had very similar or the same ingredients. Last night was the first night taking it, it worked well. I'm looking forward to the rest of the regime. I only took one last night. I felt like it cleaned deep into the colon. I will take two tonight, so far no cramping or discomfort. It took a few days to get here, but I believe it was worth the wait. I will be sharing this information with my family and friends.
